So:
1. Post the rules
2.Post 11 random facts about yourself.
3. Answer the 11 questions posed by your 'tagger'
4.Create 11 questions of your own
5.Tag 11 people with your questions
6. Don't tag the one who tagged you.
7.Let the tagger know you've answered their questions.

*If I tag you, them's the rules

11 Random Facts About Me
  1. I  am 5’0
  2. I am a chronic but recovering nail biter (oh yes, face is firmly covered in shame)
  3. I have a LOT of handbags. I am a bag freak. Gimme a bag and I am happy to walk around naked with the bag. Bags are my accessory of choice.
  4. I wish I could go back to University. I would do it all so very differently. I will be a lot more social and date white boys. Lol.
  5. I have never seen Mary Poppins
  6. I was Home Economics prefect in Secondary School. I know, what a useless post. My mates were getting Head Girl, but my longer throat and FFO tendencies recommended me for the job.
  7. I bought vip tickets for £60 to go and see BBD in America once. 'Who is BBD?' Exactly! My entire family were on the verge of committing me to an asylum because....who listens to BBD in this day and age???? Well, I do.
  8. I am unbelievably grumpy in the mornings. I don’t speak to people and I will thank them not to speak to me. I can’t stand chipper people in the morning!!!!They make me sick. Why so happy and singing about like a retard?
  9.  I am gradually becoming a hermit.....bring on the 80 cats that may eat my face off when I die!
  10. I have an aso-ebi fetish. I love buying aso-ebi. If i meet you today and you’re getting married tomorrow, I’m buying that aso-ebi. Provided it is not a retarded sum like 100,000. Only ‘best friends for life’ can do that to me and even then, they must name their first 2 children after me to get such an amount off me. It just makes my life so easy. I don’t have to wonder about what I’m wearing to that wedding. I just have to pick a style. Easy peasy.
  11. I will do anything for chapman and cake! Judge me all you want. Don’t care. Just kidding about the ‘do anything’. Let me rephrase: I will do almost anything for chapman and cake. Oh and crab too (not the disease variety, I meant the fresh water crustacean variety)

     Toinlicious' Questions

  1. What’s the one question you would ask God if you could: The bible says in the beginning, the world was without form and void. What created the ‘without form and void’? How did nothingness exist and was it there before God?
  2. What’s your most embarrassing moment: I have a phobia for outside toilets, so one day, I went to the saloon and held my pee for a seriously long time and when I finally made it to the toilet, I didn’t make it to the bowl, I literally peed on myself. What was sad was, when it started coming down, I just stood there and gave up! Oh the shame!!!
  3. If you could change one thing in the world now what will it be: The existence of many a mindless reality tv shows specifically anything involving any of the Kardashians, Coco and Ice cube...in fact, I would eradicate (or should that be exterminate?)E! as a whole and move fashion police to a sane channel
  4. If you could say one thing to the current pope what would it be: Sir, is it drafty under that dress?
  5. What’s the one thing you wish you could ‘un-invent’ right now and why: Bombs well, more like the ability to put together bombs as anything can be turned into an explosive device these days. Bombs are tools for the battle field and they have found their way into the hands of ignorant bastards who have caused are still causing grief all over Nigeria. Fire burn them!!!!!
  6. What’s the most terrifying moment of your life: When my dad got shot 16 years ago
  7. If you were to be recognized by posterity for one thing what would you like to be known for: I would like to be remembered as someone who was renowned for her impeccable manners. Manners and courtesy are sorely lacking in our society these days
  8. What color best describes you? Seriously Toinlicious? Seriously? Well all the colours of the rainbow, cos they are pretty and they are a wonder. Just like me ;)
  9. If you could commit one crime and wouldn't be caught, what crime would you commit: Cyber theft. Specifically on the ASOS and Net-a-porter sites. Two things: 1. I’m a bit of a wimp, I couldn't look someone in the eyes and divest them of something they own or just harm them in any way and 2. Loves me some cyber swag.
  10. If you had to name one lesson of love that took you longest to learn, what would it be and why: God’s will must take place no matter how we humans try to circumvent it or hope He will see things our way. I got into a relationship that I knew God didn't want me to go into. I knew it, He knew I knew it but I did it anyways and I got burnt.
  11. If you could be guaranteed one thing besides money, what would you want: Perfect health; not even a slight headache ever and ever again. I hate being sick :(
    My Questions
  1. What is the one thing that frightens you the most?
  2. What song would you describe as your ‘theme song’ ie a song that best describes you or how you feel about yourself or certain issues?
  3. Kim Kardashian,  the entire Jersey shore cast ( if they were formed into one body with a medusa head of all the cast members)  and Nene Leakes; if you had one bullet, who would you shoot?
  4. What was the last most outrageous purchase you made?
  5.   Is it best to have loved and lost or is it best to not love at all giving the possibility of heart break? Give reasons. (P:S: No BS sappy and generic answers too)

DAY 30: SOMETHING I'M EXCITED FOR/ABOUT

Yaaaaayyyyy! Thirty Days Challenge....Challenge Complete. (in my best robot voice) I'm super psyched. It's been interesting. I did get bored halfway through. But I'd like to thank those that left me comments and those in my feedjit live blog status who showed me that people came along fro the ride. I'd like to thank the regulars; HoneyDame,Dasu, Bucci, @ilola, Adiya, Ginger, Laurenta, Sisi Yemmie for their comments. If I didn't mention your name here, I'm sowi. Don't be mad. keep leaving me comments. Thanks to those that didn't leave comments but would ping me and turn up at my house demanding that I post urgently, folks like my sister's friend Tola and Angela. I'm just so glad I finished this challenge cos as my post on Zodiac sign said, I do have a short attention span.

Ok, before I make this post all about thanks and dedications, let's get to THE final post of the 30 days challenge (that felt so good to say)

what am I excited for? well, right now, I'm excited that I finished this challenge. But for the future, I'm excited about God. As you're all aware, I recently began a relationship with God. It has been a journey. I get really frustrated sometimes (like yesterday) because I really want this relationship to work this time and I want the tools that make it work sharpish.
I've been reading books by some serious people of God and I have a serious Holy Ghost envy. I want that great relationship they have with God, I envy it, I desire it. Yesterday, I found out there are no short cuts to God. You must read the word, follow the word, renew your mind and wait on God. I felt I had been waiting for a while and things were still not happening, so I got really frustrated.
But this morning, I read that God uses imperfect people to do His perfect will. I'm certainly imperfect, so I'm the perfect candidate. What I learnt yesterday that made me so frustrated, when combined with what I learnt today explains what God is trying to show me. He is showing me the key elements to developing a healthy relationship with him, He's showing me that the instant gratification my generation is used to is not how He operates and that He chose me, I didn't choose Him, so I better not get it twisted. Lol.
I know I'm moving closer to my target. Where I was yesterday is definitely not where I am today. So I'm very excited about what the future holds with respect to this journey I've embarked on.

That's me done with the 30 Days challenge. I really appreciate everyone that took time out of their schedules to read my ramblings. You guys rock.

DAY 28: PLACES I WOULD LOVE TO MOVE TO AND/OR VISIT

I think the challenge should be "where do you not want to visit" I love to travel. I don't do a lot of it but I really love it. A huge chunk of my salary will definitely be going towards stepping my holiday destination game up.

There are 3 top places I would love to visit; Turks and Caicos, Seychelles and Cyprus.

I've never been to any of the Caribbean islands so top on my list of places I would love to visit is one of the Caribbean islands. My sister has a friend who comes from Turks and Caicos and she has really talked up the island to me. I would definitely love to visit Turks and Caicos.

I would also love to go to Seychelles. A friend went earlier this year and she said it was very beautiful but it is not a place for a single girl. It could make you suicidal!!! As soon as I get a man, WE ARE GOING TO SEYCHELLES!!!

Finally, I want to go to Cyprus. I went to school with some kids from Cyprus and their tales of sun, sand, beaches and food just spoke to me.

A place I would love to move to though is Trinidad. I went to school with the cutest boy from Trinidad. You bet I'm saying "Trinidad" with the island accent in my head right now. Next to boys that speak french, white boys with island accents are the hottest things.

DAY 27: AQUOTE I TRY TO LIVE BY

A quote I love for its simplicity and underlying eloquence is:

"True friends stab you in the front"- Oscar Wilde

I think the quote is self-explanatory. To me, it essentially means be real and tell the truth.I do try to live by it by being upfront with people as best as I can. I think honesty is the bedrock of being a decent person in life. A lot of people don't appreciate honesty but I value it above all else. Honesty is not to be confused with outright cruelty in the guise of "i tell it like it is" rather it is the ability to point out certain truths that people have refused to face and making them understand that it comes from a place of love and concern. I try to be honest with people, I'm honest with and about myself and I appreciate people being honest with me. It is a bitter pill to swallow sometimes but when people keep it 100.....it blows me away, I mean, what more can you ask for?

DAY 26: THINGS I LIKE/DISLIKE ABOUT MYSELF

LIKES:

I like that I'm principled.

I like that I enjoy my own company

I like that I am an acquired taste and people often find that I'm not really who they thought I was when they get to know me. I'm always tickled when people say "you're actually nice" cos I know I am.

I like that as CE says, I'm a contradiction

I like that I have a thirst for knowledge

I like that I'm a meticulous planner of things and if I must do something, I must do it right

I like that I'm very family oriented. I think it helps me remain grounded and be a better person

I like that I'm a loyal friend

DISLIKES

I hate that I'm a procrastinator

I hate that I'm a worry-wart but I don't know what I can do to help that

I hate that I'm not a risk taker because I miss out on a bunch of stuff.

I hate that I'm bull-headed and sometimes to my detriment.

I hate that I become an entirely different person when I get angry

I hate that I'm sometimes a couch potato and instead of going out to do things, I've been known to spend entire weekends on my couch

I hate that I'm sometimes a soft touch and a sob story can have me wanting to empty my account

I kinda dislike the fact that I'm not very patient.

DAY 25: SOMETHING I WORRY ABOUT

I'm almost getting done with my youth service right now and the reality of being an adult is setting in. Something I'm worried about now is finding employment.
For me, this is really hard because I can't decide if I want to practice or if I want to work in an organisation.
It's been my dream to practice forever. Everyone that knows me knows I want to practice law. But I have people trying to discourage me by talking about the meanness of senior partners and the pittance paid to lawyers in this country. Now, I'm beginning to think I'm being too idealistic about the profession and it may not be worth my time afterall. I mean, it is definitely still on the cards but for now, I can't decide if it is what I should go into immediately.
So I can't decide what I want to do and it is making it hard to seek employment. I'm really stressed out about it cos it plays at the back of my mind daily. That's one thing I'm worried about right now

DAY 24: 5 WORDS/PHRASES THAT MAKE ME LAUGH

Most of them are from TV series

1. Ninner-Ninner- Dr. Sheldon Cooper (the big bamg theory)

2. 'I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested' Dr. Sheldon Cooper (the big bang theory)

3. 'Suit up!' In any variation: suit up! Flight suit up! Penguin suit up! Birthday suit up! Etc. Love it! Barney Stinson (How I met your mother)

4. Everything that comes out of Tasha Mack's mouth- Tasha Mack (the Game)

5. Almost every thought that pops into my sister and brother's head, that falls out of their mouths! Mostly very hilarious stuff.

DAY 23: SOMETHING I MISS

I miss a massive number of things but lately, what I’ve found myself missing the most is: BEING A STUDENT! Yes, I miss being a student. I miss the student life, I miss waking up and deciding whether or not to go to class. I miss my student flat, I miss the silly, student things I did e.g. creating a doughnut and Ribena tradition (long story)
I miss the irresponsibility associated with being a student. I was a fully dependent student (thanks daddy) and I only worked cos I felt like it, now, my parents are very gradually extricating themselves from my palaver(as expected) and by next year, they would have fully removed their hand from my life, cos I should be in full time work next year.
I miss course works and examinations being the height of my problems. Now, I’m in the real world and I have real problems. I can’t wake up and decide on a whim that I’m not going to work.
I miss the environment that nurtures and encourages creative thinking, ideas and innovations. This environment has been swapped for one where you just say ‘yes sah!’ and kiss ass, where they ‘have a way we do things here’ even though the way sucks and is not yielding any benefits and there are other, better ways to do things.
I really miss the way I had a brighter outlook to life when I was a student, now my outlook to life is ‘you work, then you die and some little things in between’.
I really miss being a student and if they would let me, I would go to school forever, knowing what I now know.

DAY 21: How I hope my future will be like

This is very easy; I want the whole "white picket fence" fantasy shebang i.e.

> A better than great relationship with God
> Happily married to the man who is the love of my life and who thinks the sun shines out of every orifice I possess.
> Kids....VERY accomplished kids. Yes, I plan on being one of those wacko pageant mums except my kids are not going to be toddler/teen beauty queens, they will be children prodigies speaking fluent french, spanish and mandarin, playing all sorts of exotic instruments like the tuba or the ukulele or the harp and on and on, excelling in dance and sports and generally pursuing gainful interests that will net them tons of money if they decide to branch out from their (very planned and detailed)academic paths (tho I don't encourage that)
> A very meteoric rise in my career. I see SAN and AG of Ogun State in my future.
>Since I like customer service and sales, I want to own a couple of businesses.
> In the very near future, I want to obtain an MBA or Msc Management so I can diversify my portfolio. It is too legal as it is. And I have my heart set on Ivy League.
>I want to go to the US Cullinary institute at some point. This is a new thing I'm obsessing about
> All in all, for the future, I want to enjoy life, have varied passions and interests, be fulfilled in every endeavour, grow old and know that I accomplished all I set out to do. I'm super excited for my future.

DAY 20: MY FEARS

Sorry for the late posting people. I've been finishing a report sent from the pit of hell to torment me. Thank God it is done.
So, onto today's challenge then.

I'm the original worrywart so I have a hundred- thousand- million worries. I worry about everything from getting married to Nigeria's unity. But I guess my biggest fear is not being successful. Not necessarily 'money success' though I have nothing against that. Success to me is fulfilling destiny. I want to be successful in life, in marriage, in raising a Godly family, in my chosen career cos I love what I do. I want the fulfilment my parents have from doing the things they love, only, I want to do it better than they did.
My biggest fear is being unsuccessful; being unable to succeed in those little things that make life worthwhile. I've see how being unsuccessful can lead to frustration and a wasted life and this scares me.
BUT, I have learnt to put all my trust in Him who makes all things beautiful in His own time. I am assured of an excellent life. So it is not really 'a' fear if I know it is well, is it?

DAY 19: FIVE ITEMS I LUST AFTER

1. A white, 4 bedroom detached duplex with a foyer and extremely lush gardens and a gravel driveway on Cooper Road in Ikoyi.

2. Range Rover Sports in bright, cherry red

3. Roberto Cavalli 5 pieces luggage set in grey snakeskin and suede.

4. 4" royal blue Christian Louboutin peep toes (I have serious Red Bottom lust, right now)

5. A new blackberry (this one sucks) lol

I know, I know, I'm a thief! But.....ask and it shall be given unto you. God will answer my prayers one day sha.

DAY 18: A PROBLEM I'VE HAD

Anger. That's one serious problem I've had and though it is getting better, I'm still struggling with. I'm a perfectly happy person and I can take a joke as well as a next person, but when my 'angry button' is triggered, I go from sweet smiling cherub, to neck spinning chick in The Exorcist. The worse part of my anger is that if I open my mouth, anything can fall out. It is not easy to repair a friendship when you've called someone out during a moment of anger, I tell you.
When I was leaving secondary school, people wrote in my 'signing out' book that I should learn to control my temper and the things I say when I'm angry. My anger is not even anger anymore, it is blind rage.
Things are more improved now. My new thing for the past couple of years is mustering all my will power to make sure I keep quiet when I'm angry. It is working well but there's obviously still room for improvement and on the plus side, I don't get angry very often. So things are on the up and up.
That's one of the problems I've had (and still have)

DAY 17: SOMETHING I'M PROUD OF

Growing up, I had a fairly rocky relationship with my parents, especially my dad. We hardly ever spoke except when we talked about school. We didn't see eye to eye at all. He felt I was irresponsible and unserious. I felt he didn't know me and so he couldn't make that judgement. My mum and I also had our issues.
My parents felt I wasn't being a good role model to my siblings especially in respect of my academics. They both felt I wasn't applying myself. It was sort of true. I did the barest minimum to scale through secondary school. I just wanted them to leave me alone.
Then I went to college and by the special grace of God (cos it was definitely God) I graduated top of my class. At that moment, my relationship with my parents turned around. Personally, I felt so good and I never wanted to go back to being that person who didn't try hard enough and this was my attitude throughout my educational career. When I was revising for my bar exams, my father told me to take a break. That's how far our relationship had come. Now, he thinks I work too hard.
My sister has done better than I've done in her academics and it makes me feel great when my parents reference me when talking about her successes.
My father calls me the flagship. He involves me in my siblings upbringing and in every family decision. I got my first article published in a legal magazine last week and my dad told me how proud he was of me.
I'm proud that I've become the daughter my parents wanted and knew I could be. I'm proud that they can see how responsible I am and how hard I work. I'm proud that my siblings are doing well because I'm a good example. I'm proud that my uncles and aunts say how positively I've influenced their kids. I'm proud that my family in general and my parents in particular, are proud of me.

DAY 16: SOMETHING I THINK 'WHAT IF' ABOUT

Eh....I'm not a 'what if' person at all! So CE suggested that I do a couple of 'what ifs' so here goes

What if I had been born a boy? I would have become an ashewo

What if I got pregnant in secondary school? I would have been killed!

What if I hadn't studied law? I would have been selling pepper cos I don't know what else I could have studied. I no know maths!

What if I had gotten married to the first guy that asked? I would probably be divorced.

What if I wasn't the first child. Unthinkable!!! I like bossing people about.

This is silly. I know it is. But I really couldn't come up with any serious what ifs and that's why I didn't post yesterday. Sorry guys.

DAY 15: MY ZODIAC SIGN AND ITS EFFECT ON MY PERSONALITY.

I'm Gemini: the twins. I was born on the 26th of May, so I fall under this sign. I've never really ascribed any importance to zodiac signs. I knew mine was Gemini and that was about it. I didn't know what it meant or didn't mean. So to do this challenge, I had to research my zodiac sign and it turned up some pretty interesting things.

Apparently, on the positive side, Geminis are adaptable, versatile, communicative, witty, intellectual, eloquent, youthful and lively and on the negative side, we are nervous, tense, superficial, inconsistent, cunning and inquisitive. A Gemini is dual-natured and as such is elusive, complex and contradictory. Gemini's are easily bored and they need new interests regularly and when things don't go their way, they resort to cunning. They love cerebral challenges because they are intuitive and brilliant. they have a voracious appetite for knowledge which is contradicted by their short attention span. In love, they are hostile to sentimentality. They are dispassionate, logical, rational and analytical which makes them good lawyers and scientists to name a few potential Gemini careers but this also means they can thrive as tricksters.

So do I agree with all these? To a large extent. I would say that I'm most of those things, versatile, lively etc plus, dig this, I'm a lawyer! What are the odds? Moving on. I'm also very neurotic and a worry-wart so yeah I agree to nervous and tense. I've been known to tell a few fibs but who hasn't? But generally, using cunning to get my way is not really my thing. I'm superficial to the extent that I like good things and like to be well turned out but being superficial as a way of life, not really. What I found fascinating was the being 'hostile to sentimentality' that was funny. I do hate a lot of mush. I think there should be a healthy balance. Don't do overly mushy at all. I am logical, dispassionate et al. It drives my mother mad. She thinks I'm too 'oyinbo' for the Nigerian setting. I blame all of that on my dad.

I think there are reasons we are the way we are. We are a product of our environment and our upbringing. We all have good and bad sides (at least, that's what I believe and that's what has been my experience).
I was raised by a father who didn't see gender and raised me as he would a boy. So I'm very logical about things. I have siblings who are younger than me so naturally, I worry about them.Everything can be explained away by events in and circumstances surrounding my life. I'm the way I am because I have lived and life has shaped me to be this person not because 'my sun is aligned with mercury'. I don't believe in the zodiac sign hokum but that could just be the dispassionate, logical, rational and analytic gemini in me speaking. Lol.

P:S: I would like to welcome the new followers of the blog....in fact everyone following this blog. I haven't officially welcomed anyone yet. I do a crazy jig anytime I see a new follower. You guys are absolutely awesome for making a sado like me extremely happy by being my 'Cherry'cocos. mmmmmwwwwaaaaaahhhhhh.

DAY 14: WHAT I WORE TODAY

Ok so this is what I'm wearing now cos I'm dressed for work. Though you can't see the full length, it is pretty self explanatory; the red skirt is a knee length pencil skirt and I wore it today cos I love a pop of color and I'm not going to let their dreary somberness in Nigeria stop that. The outfit was completed with some heels and my newly acquired Marc Jacobs bag which I'm sooooo happy with. Thanks TL *huge smile*
P.S: Ignore the messy bed. The time I should have used to lay my bed was taken up by picture taking for you. So no judging.

DAY 13: MY BODY AND HOW COMFORTABLE I AM WITH IT

This is a serious one o. My body…..let me start by describing myself. I’m really small,I'm what is described as petite. I’m 5’1 and I weigh about 54-56 kg. I have what has been described by many as ‘big boobs’ , I DO NOT have a flat stomach, I have a fairly average bum and what has been described as ‘long legs for such a short girl’ lol. I stopped growing at 13…..poor me. From 13 till about 17, I absolutely HATED my body. I wanted to be taller, I wanted to have skinny, skinny, skinny waist like that of a monkey, you know, the one you could wrap two palms of the hand around. Most of all, I wanted a giant butt that one of my favorite comics, Somore said you could place a drink on and I wouldn’t notice. I wanted a big ol’ ass. I had friends with amazing bodies and I didn’t understand why my baby fat left my body and took up residence in my stomach and why all the fat that was meant to be shared equally between my breasts and my ass was greedily hoarded by my ass. I’m ashamed to say I spent a lot of time crying about my hideous body and comparing it to my svelte sister’s body. I did all I could to get the body I wanted . I did sit ups, I drank lots of water, I even developed a liking for beans cos old wives’ tales tells us that beans helps you grow taller. I learnt the art of ‘sucking and breathing’ sucking in my belly and still managing to breath and not look uncomfortable. The fashion of the day demanded that you had a flat tummy. I so desperately wanted to wear crop tops like my friends. So I learnt to suck and breathe.
But with maturity comes revelation. These days, I LOVE my body. I think I’m kinda hawt, if I may say so myself. I may not have a flat tummy, but having learnt to suck and breathe all these years, that’s not a problem. Sometimes, I forget to suck. If it bothers you that I don’t have a flat tummy, look elsewhere. With the advent of Dr. 90210, I’ve learnt to be appreciative of my ‘big boobs’ which God gave me entirely for free. I’ve grown into myself. And all those years of agony were character building. I’ve learnt to accentuate the positive and work with the negative. I now know that NOBODY is perfect. If celebrities can have cellulites, what on earth am I crying about? The little negatives are not flaws, they are unique identifying marks. I’m not the most gorgeous girl in the world, but I’m hella cute. I’m under no illusions as to how I look. I am happier now for accepting the things I cannot change and learning to cope with them. I think our bodies are God’s way of showing us how to handle the problems of life; they can’t be perfect but they are what we’ve got and we have to learn to deal with them. I’m grateful for how I look. When I get compliments on my looks, I thank God because I have been ungrateful in the past not realizing that some people would be short rather than disabled, would like a big, problem free tummy, instead of a flat one with cancer. We should be grateful for what we have and now, I think my body totally rocks and I defy you to tell me otherwise!

DAY 12: 5 GUYS I FIND ATTRACTIVE

I've been chomping at the bits to do this post. But God has been so good in creating these lovelies so how can I pick just 5? I am completely despondent. But, I have selected 5 guys who are divine and extremely yummy. Kai! God you are good sha. Hot, hot men. Disclaimer: this is by no means an exhaustive list. I'm sure after I post this, I will remember some other hotter guys and beat myself up over it. But since my hands are tied, these are my yummy someborrys in order of how they appeal to me:

Boris Kodjoe: Oh! Hawt! Hawt!! Hawt!!! From the warm chocolate/honey brown eyes to the yummy square jaw to the lips you want to chew off and keep as a trophy to the to die for body and the incredible height. This right here is what is called "hot mocha chocolata". O ti fine ju. How did Nicole Ari-Parker land all o' this? They should be real in "Brown Sugar", there is no way a girl is passing up all of this for Taye Diggs' short arse character. They should have reversed the role jare. Nobody believed that booty for a minute. I just think he is yummy and absolutely to die for. I'm stalking him on twitter. I don't follow celebs but I follow this one. Hotness personified.

Lance Gross: Oh my! Oh my!! A beautiful man if I ever saw any. He's just hot and he
looks like a pretty happy brother. I love his toothy grin. Look at that body and the intense eyes. He's just the kind of man that would say "baby, come over here and get this lovin'" and you will break your neck and walk over hot coals just to go get some lovin'. He's hot. Yes indeedy.

Pooch Hall: He's such a cutie. He is the cute boy of my list. With a killer bod and an air of mischief about him. He looks like a fun, hot guy. I like cute guys. Over-finess renders me speechless so cute guys are where it is at with me. Pooch is definitely that. I loved him as Derwin in the game.

Ryan Reynolds: The token white boy on my list and you can see why. Phwoooaaarrr. I
loves me some Ryan. He's a triple threat: fine, funny and fit. Who didn't like that bit in The Proposal where he jammed Sandra Bullock with all that fyyynnneee in its naked glory? And she had the nerve to be going "oh , oh, get it off me....blah, blah, blah" Yeah right, Miss Bullock. On second thoughts.... we've seen your type, dungarees wearing, grease monkeys. Don't slay me Sandra Bullock lovers. I love her too. I'm just saying she may not have appreciated my Ryan cos of that stinking grease monkey, Jesse.

Blair Underwood: What? Cherrywine are you serious?? Hell yes I'm serious. Blair is a fine old man. He turned me on to what it meant for a man to be fine when I saw him in Set it off many moons back. I adore Blair. And there should be a grey top on every list. He's a distinguished, older, gentlemen and I adore him. He doesn't look bad either.

There you have it. This is an endless list but I will just stop here and say to all my other 'husbands' (in my mind o) that I didn't mention. You all have a special place in my heart. I heart you guys!

DAY 11: MY FAMILY

I'm so sorry I didn't post yesterday. My BIS expired and I've not had access to a computer with internet access. So sorry guys. This won't happen again.

I'm from a family of five of which I am the first child. We were formerly four kids but my immediate younger sister died 16 years ago. We still miss her but God has been faithful.
My father is the typical African man and embodies most of what I want my husband to be. He is the provider and he takes great pride in it and would nor tolerate any usurping of his position. He's my role model. We are both lawyers and I call him my business partner. He calls me 'flagship' a very unfun nickname but I'm his first child. He's a wonderful man and the best father EVER.
My mum is the lynch pin that holds the family together. She's a strong, praying woman whose goal in life is to raise successful, Godly and loving children and I think she has achieved that. My mum and I didn't always get along but as I've gotten older, we've become the best of friends. She's the epitome of the virtuous woman. Prayerful, loving, strong, dedicated, strict and all that good stuff. She inspires me to be a better woman and person in general.
My sister is a cheeky little monkey. She's fly, fabulous and fun. There's never a dull moment with my sister. We have our moments that we don't get along cos she's a monkey, but I love her pieces. Plus she has great shoes I always get to borrow. It is fun to have a sister that wears your shoe size and cardigan size too *huge shit eating grin*. She is so ambitious, it is scary. I love it cos if you don't have drive, what then do you have? She keeps me on my toes.
My brother is another cheeky monkey. He's so painfully cool and stylish. He gives me so much jokes and he's the go to guy for movies, series and songs. I love my brother because he's just so sensitive and sweet. He will go out of his way to make his sisters comfortable. I think he will make some girl a great husband someday if he can rein in his temper.
We are a relatively close family unit even tho we don't get to spend a lot of family time together cos we have extended family living with us. I enjoy spending time with my family and I miss them a lot when I'm not with them. We talk for hours and hours and age, time and distance melts away when we are kicking it. I love my family and I couldn't have asked for a better one.
